A Day in the Life of an ICI Student.
Imagine logging into your weekly live session. You join a small group of coaches from diverse professional backgrounds. After a brief discussion, you move into a live coaching demonstration, followed by partner practice, reflective feedback, and mentor guidance. You leave each session with new insights, practical experience, and greater confidence for your next coaching conversation.
