Imagine logging into your weekly live session. You join a small group of coaches from diverse professional backgrounds. After a brief discussion, you move into a live coaching demonstration, followed by partner practice, reflective feedback, and mentor guidance. You leave each session with new insights, practical experience, and greater confidence for your next coaching conversation.

Coaching experience helps, but is not necessary to begin.
Yes, we meet 2 hours once a week usually on Fridays.
At least 10 hours of practice coaching.
The next cohort begins January 25, 2026.

emPowering Coaching Circle Mastermind
Renew Your ACC, PCC, or MCC Credential
Every 3 years the ICF requires ACC, PCC, or MCC Coaches to renew their credential by submitting 40 hours of coaching credits. We offer a Mastermind class once a month for an hour to add 12 hours per year.
We give you a certificate every four months. You practice coaching and share your coaching successes and challenges, so we can celebrate and help each other become better coaches.
The benefit is that you are learning and growing every month and won't have to worry about your renewal credits.

ICF is requiring Mentor Coaches to take the Mentor Coaching
Specialization by April, 2027. Our ICF accredited course is
available beginning November 5, 2026. We have a few openings.
