The International Coach Institute is an ICF Level 2 Accredited Coach Education Provider dedicated to developing confident, competent, and impactful professional coaches. Our comprehensive six-month Leadership Coaching Program combines realistic coaching scenarios, mentor coaching, reflective practice, and experiential learning to help you master the ICF Core Competencies and apply them with confidence in authentic coaching conversations.
As part of your weekly learning experience, you'll also receive integrated preparation for the ICF ACC Exam, and the ICF PCC - MCC Exam. You'll gain access to our exclusive PCC – MCC Exam Prep App featuring 50 competency-based coaching scenarios with personalized feedback, along with an optional companion Learning Guide that provides additional insights and practice to strengthen your coaching conversations. Dr. Carol Turner is the Founder and Director of the International Coach Institute, an ICF Level 2 Accredited Coach Education Provider dedicated to developing exceptional professional coaches and leadership practitioners. With decades of experience in leadership development, coach education, and mentor coaching, she has helped aspiring and experienced coaches strengthen their coaching presence, deepen their competency mastery, and grow with confidence.
Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and professional excellence, Dr. Turner created the International Coach Institute to provide more than coach training. Her programs combine evidence-based learning, reflective practice, realistic coaching scenarios, and personalized mentor coaching to help coaches think critically, coach authentically, and create meaningful change for the clients and leaders they serve.
As the creator of the International Coach Institute's PCC - MCC Exam Prep App, Learning Guide, and author of "Empowering Women Leaders". Dr. Turner is committed to making high-quality coach education engaging, practical, and accessible.
